By downloading, installing, or using the Simpliflow application and the associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Simpliflow provides a voice-to-text productivity tool that transcribes and refines audio input into cleaned text using AI technologies. The service includes both the desktop application and the underlying processing proxy.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account authentication tokens.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that your use of the service complies with all local laws and regulations.
• Obtaining any necessary consent from third parties before recording audio in their presence.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to circumvent the security of the Service. Automated scraping or abusive API calls are strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Simpliflow. The text generated from your voice input is your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Simpliflow is provided "as is". In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
