Simpliflow provides digital software and services. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of service credits or access, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been accessed or used.
We want you to be happy with Simpliflow. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, and you have used less than 30 minutes of transcription time, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will not be granted for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service. Recurring subscription charges are non-refundable after the billing cycle has started, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Once approved, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
