2. Data Processing & Audio Privacy

Audio Data: At Simpliflow, your privacy is our priority. When you record audio, it is processed through our secure API pipeline using Deepgram (for transcription) and Groq (for text refinement). We do NOT store your audio data. Once the processing is complete and the text is delivered to your cursor, the audio stream is immediately discarded.

Text Data: We maintain a local history of your transcriptions on your device for your convenience. We may also store text-based logs of processed requests to provide usage analytics and improve our service, but these are encrypted and linked only to your account.

3. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and authentication tokens provided during sign-up.
• Usage Metadata: Frequency of use, number of words processed, and system performance logs.
• Device Information: Operating system version and app settings to ensure compatibility.
